I graduated from Yeditepe University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2020. To further deepen my scientifically based knowledge of nutrition and contribute to human health with a holistic approach, I completed my master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Atlas University in 2024. Throughout my professional journey, I have adopted a functional medicine approach that considers not only food but also an individual's lifestyle, mindset, and emotional world. In this way, I view nutrition not just as calorie counting, but as an art of balance that touches a person's entire life cycle.
