Philosophy

My Story
I graduated from Yeditepe University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2020. To further deepen my scientifically based nutritional knowledge and contribute to human health with a holistic approach, I completed my master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Atlas University in 2024.
Throughout my professional journey, I have adopted a functional medicine approach that considers not only food but also an individual's lifestyle, mindset, and emotional world. In this way, I view nutrition not just as calorie counting, but as an art of balance that touches the entire life cycle of a person.
I have particularly focused on mindful eating, maternal and child nutrition, and medical nutritional therapies in diseases. I support individuals in transforming their eating behaviors by increasing their physical and mental awareness. Because I know that healthy eating habits are shaped not just by a list, but by insight and compassion.
I believe that healthy eating habits, whose foundations are laid from childhood, are the key to lifelong health. Therefore, I offer my clients reliable, simple, and practical guidance, especially on nutrition issues during pregnancy, breastfeeding, introducing complementary foods, and childhood.
Personal Nutrition Philosophy
Through the scientific power of functional medicine and personalized nutrition programs tailored to each individual's unique needs, we experience together the supportive power of nutrition in many chronic health issues such as insulin resistance, thyroid diseases, PCOS, gastrointestinal disorders, and immune system imbalances.
My aim is not only to help you eat healthier,
An invitation to get to know yourself, understand your body, and develop sustainable lifestyle habits.
I believe that nutrition is enhanced by knowledge, and life is enhanced by awareness.
